Zoe Di Novi leads a team of engineers, designers, and fellow growth fiends in charge of Wattpad's growth strategy, running A/B tests and experimentation on all parts of the product with a focus on acquisition and retention. Experiments focus on all aspects of the funnel including: SEO, AMP, sitemaps, ASO, signups, onboarding, the home/newsfeed experience, new user experience, social sharing, web to app conversion, email marketing, push notifications, Branch deeplinking and much more. Zoe is also a self-proclaimed Luddite who loves tech.
Sarah Stockdale is a growth veteran, with 7 years of experience growing and scaling early stage technology companies. With experience working at venture-backed companies out of both Toronto and Silicon Valley, Sarah has grown companies from scratch and led large growth teams. Past experience includes Product Marketing and Business Development at Wave and most recently, Sarah led a multi-national growth team at Tilt as the Director of Global Community Growth. Sarah mentors with Venture for Canada and 500 Startups, and has taught and spoken on Growth Hacking at Ryerson, Queen's, Brainstation, HackerYou, McMaster, George Brown and Mohawk College.
Jeff is the Director of Product Management (Revenue) at Tinder, Inc. He previously led Growth & User Acquisition at Zaarly and is an active angel investor. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English from UCLA and an MFA from the University of Southern California.
