Noa Gutterman is the Senior Growth Marketer at HER, a dating app for queer women, where she manages omni-channel user acquisition. Noa began her career in marketing and communications for news platforms, most recently at Axios, where she ran growth marketing and subscription acquisition programs. With experience in both client- and user-facing roles, Noa specializes in scaling lean marketing strategies to grow and retain audiences.

Sean Howell
Co-Founder, Chairman & President @ Hornet

Sean is an activist turned entrepreneur and Hornet's Co-Founder and President. At Hornet he built a 25 million user social network and the largest LGBT newsroom in the world publishing daily in 7 languages on five continents. Hornet has displaced its competition and won #1 market share in France, Brazil, Taiwan, Russia, Mexico and focused on growth in the remaining key markets. Prior to Hornet, he was a fellow of the World Affairs Council and President of the Young Professional International Network. He helps hundreds of organizations leverage technology to expand their impact through his work with the MSM Global Forum, UNAIDS, E-CDC, PFLAG and Center for Public Health and Human Rights at John Hopkins. Sean is also a founding member of the UN Global Coalition for HIV Prevention and technical advisor to UNDPs and the World Bank LGBTI Index. He is a co-founder of the LGBT Foundation which is launching the LGBT Token, and largely focused on its impact for good initiatives.
