Mada Seghete 
Co-founder @ Branch

Mada leads community and developer marketing and is one of the co-founders of Branch, a deep linking and mobile metrics company. In the last year, Branch has grown a 22,000-person Mobile Growth community in 53 cities globally and now powers deep linking for over 15,000 apps and 2 billion monthly users around the world. Born and raised in Romania, Mada came to the US to study Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University and then earned her Masters of Engineering and MBA from Stanford. Mada enjoys playing the latest viral mobile game, binge watching the hottest sci-fi show and photographing Branch events. She was included in Linkedin’s Next Wave, 150 top professionals in 15 industries all 35 & under and sits on the board of the App Developer’s Alliance.

Lavigne Fong
Regional Executive Director @ KKday

As KKday’s Regional Manager, Lavigne Fong takes the wheel for KKday’s market expansion in fast e-commerce peace, overseeing the rapid growth of promising markets in both Hong Kong & Macau. Prior to this, she headed the Marketing Communication team in Hong Kong, curated strong brand positioning of KKday : Unique tours and activities expert.  

Ivy Montgomery
Vice President of Marketing @ Layer

Ivy has been a veteran in the enterprise software application industry. She is currently a Vice President of Marketing & Design at Layer, a Customer Conversation & Messaging Platform helping brands communicate and build relationships with their customers. Prior to that, she led Marketing and Business Development for Vroozi - a mobile-first marketplace and held leadership roles at SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and several startups. Ivy earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT Sloan and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Ivy was born and raised in Hong Kong and is a proud citizen of this city.

Kevin Kuo
Co-founder @ HelloToby

Kevin is a Co-Founder at HelloToby Technology, Hong Kong’s leading Marketplace for Services. Founded on the idea of Community Connectivity, HelloToby has aggressively grown its user base to >50K and have already expanded to Taiwan since its founding back in Fall 2016. At HelloToby, Kevin is mainly responsible for consumer fulfilment, supplier acquisition, service expansion, and overall strategic design. Prior to co-founding HelloToby, Kevin worked as a management consultant with Bain & Company focusing on servicing global leading TMT giants across hardware, software, Cloud, Big Data, and IoT. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude in Strategic Management and Quantitative Methods.
