Head of Product @ Expensify

As Employee #8 at Expensify, Puneet Lath has been an instrumental asset in growing the sales, enterprise, product management, and success coach teams at Expensify. With his current focus on product and account management, Puneet is uniquely positioned in his role to roadmap new features that continue to surprise and delight both new and current users.

Gaurav Hardikar
Product Lead @ Shopkick

Gaurav works on the core product team at Shopkick (which is an all mobile product) and focuses on the purchase side of the user flow. He thinks about how users can get "kicks" or rewards for purchasing items at your every day stores. On a day-to-day, Gaurav works with Engineering, Sales, Design, Growth, Ops, and each Product Manager really functions as owner of their product feature and as a business unit - this means he is involved with the P&L, Sales Strategy, and every way to grow the product feature.

Monica Ohara
CEO & Co-Founder @ DataScore

Monica Ohara has deep experience in creating data-driven, scalable paid customer acquisition programs. She previously led growth for an online dating website from launch to 25M+ members and sold it to Match.com. Monica co-founded DataScore, a company that helps startups grow with high-level marketing strategy and efficient campaign execution, powered by proprietary technology. She is always interested to speak with companies facing unique growth challenges.

Sreetham Das
Consumer Product @ Tastemade

Sreetham is an innovative, customer-focused, and data-driven product leader. Currently at Tastemade, a food and travel video network built for the mobile generation, Sreetham leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Tastemade's apps and websites across mobile (iOS, Android), web, and OTT (Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, Fire TV) devices globally. Tastemade is a global community that reaches over 200 million people with over 2 billion video views monthly, and has received over $80 million in funding. Previously at Disney, Intuit, Walmart, and a number of startups, Sreetham's experience crosses the boundaries between mobile, online, and emerging platform products.

Wen Shaw
Growth Hacker @ Touch of Modern 

Wen works on the retention channels such as emails, push notifications and promotions at Touch of Modern. He also runs experimentation to optimize the conversion funnel. On the performance marketing side, he is deeply involved in the user acquisition from the attribution standpoint and the analytics.

Danny Gamboa

Danny is passionate about technology and building an active and engaged community. Danny helped build Branch's global Mobile Growth community from scratch and now works with the Partner Growth team to educate apps of all sizes about the benefits of deep linking. When not in the office, Danny can be found working on his car while watching The Fast and the Furious on repeat.
